Cookie Policy - the basics
What Are Cookies?
Cookies are small text files that are placed on your computer or mobile device when you visit a website. They are widely used to make websites work more efficiently, improve user experience, and provide information to the owners of the site.
How We Use Cookies
Because our business involves e-commerce, rental bookings, and event planning inquiry forms, we use cookies to track your progress through our site, remember what is in your shopping cart, and ensure secure transactions.
Specifically, we use cookies for the following purposes:
-
Essential Operations: To log you into your account, remember your rental dates, or save items in your shopping cart.
-
Security: To protect your data and our website from fraud or unauthorized access.
-
Performance & Analytics: To understand how visitors interact with our website (e.g., which event decoration packages are viewed most) so we can improve our services.
-
Marketing & Personalization: To show you relevant products or rental items that match your interests.
Managing Your Cookie Choices
When you first visit our website, you will see a Cookie Consent Banner asking for your permission to use optional cookies.
You can change your mind at any time:
-
Through Our Website: You can reopen the cookie banner via the link in our footer to adjust your settings.
-
Through Your Browser: Every major browser allows you to block or delete cookies entirely. Look in your browser’s "Options," "Settings," or "Privacy" menu to make these changes.
Note: If you choose to disable strictly necessary cookies, some features of our website (like booking an event or completing a rental checkout) may not work correctly.
Updates to This Policy
We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our business services (sales, rentals, and event decorating) or due to legal updates. Any updates will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date.
