Processing time and ordering

We will begin planning your decoration as soon as your order is confirmed. To ensure we have all the necessary equipment and materials, we recommend ordering well in advance before your event.

Delivery and assembly

We deliver and set up decorations directly at the agreed location and time, ensuring everything is ready for your special event.

Our delivery service primarily covers Oslo and the surrounding areas. Deliveries to other locations can also be arranged upon request.

Delivery costs

The cost of delivery and installation is calculated based on the distance to the location and the scope of the assignment. This will be specified in the quote or invoice you receive from us.

For deliveries outside our standard service area, please contact us to discuss availability and pricing.

Responsibility for setup

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that we have access to the premises at the agreed time. If unforeseen events arise that prevent us from delivering (such as extreme weather or road closures), we will contact you as soon as possible to find an alternative solution.
