All items from ACE Craft are made to order and personalized to your specifications. Because of this, under Norwegian law (Angrerettloven §22), personalized items are not eligible for standard 14-day "change of mind" returns once production has started.

You're always covered if:

• Your item arrives damaged or defective

• There's an error on our part (wrong name, color, or design)

• Your order never arrives

  
  

In these cases, contact us at acecraftnorway@gmail.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos. We'll offer a correction, remake, or refund.

Please double-check all names, spellings, dates, and design choices at checkout. We can't refund or edit orders for customer errors once production begins. Need to cancel or fix something? Reach out immediately on our email or our social media; we can help if production hasn't started yet.

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 3-5 days.

All items are made to order, please allow 3-7 business days for production before shipping. During busy seasons (holidays, celebrations), processing may take a little longer, we'll let you know if there's a delay.

We ship via Posten and PostNord.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on location and weight. You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships <track it on Posten or PostNord>.

If your package is delayed, damaged, or missing, contact us within 3 days at acecraftnorway@gmail.com with your order number. Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can't be held responsible for orders sent to an incorrect address.
