Cancellation Policy

Rental Terms & Conditions The following terms apply when renting decorations from ACE Craft. Rental Period: The rental period is agreed upon at the time of booking and begins on the scheduled pickup or delivery date and ends on the agreed return date. A late return fee of NOK 150 per day will be charged for items returned after the due date. Security Deposit: A security deposit of NOK 500–X,000 is required at the time of booking. The deposit will be refunded once the items have been returned in their original condition, minus any charges for damage, loss, or required cleaning. Damage and Loss: The renter is responsible for all rental items throughout the rental period. Any repair or replacement costs resulting from damage or loss will be deducted from the security deposit. If these costs exceed the deposit amount, the remaining balance will be invoiced separately. Cleaning: All items must be returned clean and in the same condition as when they were collected. Excessive dirt or failure to clean the items may result in a cleaning fee. Pickup and Delivery: All rental items must be picked up from and returned to Ski. If you require delivery and/or collection by us, an additional fee will apply. Cancellation: For cancellations made less than 3 days before the rental start date, 70% of the rental fee will be refunded. Use of Rental Items: The decorations may only be used for the agreed purpose and at the specified location and date. Subletting or renting the items to a third party is not permitted. Questions?
