Cancellation Policy

Important Information Orders should be placed at least 3 weeks in advance. Last-minute bookings are accepted subject to availability. A 30% deposit is required at the time of booking to reserve your event date. The remaining balance must be paid on the day of the event upon receipt of the invoice. Setup typically takes 2–5 hours, depending on the decoration package selected. Transportation fees apply: Oslo: NOK 450 Outside Oslo: Price calculated based on distance. Parking fees, toll charges, and any other costs associated with the event venue will be billed to the customer. Any changes to the number of guests, colors, or design must be communicated no later than 7 days before the event. Changes made after this deadline may incur additional charges. Balloons and outdoor decorations may be affected by weather and temperature conditions. We are not responsible for any damage or changes after the setup has been completed. All rental and decoration equipment remains our property and must be returned in the same condition. By confirming a booking, you agree to our Terms and Conditions.
