Terms of booking
Booking
Bookings must be made at least 3 weeks in advance.
Please provide us with your decoration requirements as early as possible so we can plan and prepare all necessary materials.
Last-minute bookings are accepted subject to availability; however, we cannot guarantee the same quality or material selection.
Deposit & Payment
A 30% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking and event date.
The remaining balance must be paid by bank transfer on the day of the event upon receipt of the invoice.
Any changes, additions, or extra services requested after the quotation has been approved may incur additional charges.
Setup, Delivery & Pick-up
Setup typically takes 2–5 hours, depending on the size of the decoration package.
Delivery, setup, and collection will take place at the agreed date and time.
Transportation fees:

Oslo: NOK 450

Outside Oslo: Transportation costs will be calculated based on the distance to the venue.
Any parking fees, toll charges, or venue-related access fees will be charged to the customer.
We will dismantle and collect all rented decoration items.
For table decoration packages, the client is responsible for removing food and waste, cleaning the decorative items, and packing them neatly into the bags and boxes provided before collection.
Decoration Items
All decoration and rental items remain our property.
The customer is responsible for any loss or damage to rented items beyond normal wear and tear.
Changes
Changes to guest numbers, colours, designs, or other booking details must be confirmed no later than 7 days before the event.
Changes requested after this deadline cannot be guaranteed and may incur additional charges.
Balloons & Decorations
Balloon decorations may naturally change in appearance due to temperature, sunlight, and oxidation. This is normal.
Outdoor decorations are installed at the customer's own risk.
We are not responsible for any damage, movement, or deterioration of the decorations once the setup has been been completed.
Cancellation
The 30% booking deposit is non-refundable, as it secures your event date and covers planning and preparation costs.
If the booking is cancelled after materials have been ordered or production has begun, additional charges may apply.
Photos
Unless otherwise requested before the event, we reserve the right to use photos of our decorations and event setups for marketing purposes.

2. Cancellation
Cancellation must be made in writing no later than 7 days before the agreed date.
If cancelled later than this, a fee of 50% of the total amount will be charged to cover material costs and preparations.
